Full Description: This beautiful spacious villa enjoys a fantastic location directly above the beach with wonderful sea views. There are two accesses to the beach from the villa, one via a footpath that leads down through a small wooded area and the other is pavemented and leads directly to the beach bar / restaurante, both ways are only a 2 to 3 minute walk.
There are many amenities very close including a mini market and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Albufeira town is just 2km, approx 30 minutes walk, but only about 15 minutes if you walk along the beach.
The swimming pool is very large at 10m x 6m with Roman steps and has a special system to keep the water clean that requires normally no or very little chemicals to be added. Can be HEATED - this is available as an optional extra. The pool is surrounded by extensive terraces with BBQ and a childrens playground area with swings. There is a pleasant sitting room with bamboo furniture, under the house, facing the pool area.
