Full Description: Vilamarques is a stunning villa that consists of a five bedroom, two bedroom and one bedroom unit that can be rented separately or together. Located at the north side of Vilamoura, just twenty minutes away from Faro Airport, Vilamarques sits on an elevated plot of 3.000 mÂ² overlooking the second fairway of Vilamouras Old Course. The Villa is located in the most prestigious area of Vilamoura, just five minutes away by car from the centre, the beach, five golf courses and numerous attractions. A large mature garden and the elevated terraces offer total privacy. Main Villa (sleeps 10/11) The main villa has five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. An imposing entrance hall leads to each wing of the house. One wing comprises the living area and one of the bedrooms whilst the other comprises the main bedroom area with another four bedrooms. The tastefully decorated sunken living area has a Moorish influence and there is a large fire place, music centre and cable television. Large sliding glass doors open onto the pool terrace. Next to the living area is a fully-fitted kitchen and a laundry room. Steps lead down to the games room where you can find table football, a pool table and darts board. The very large heated swimming pool borders the covered terrace. It has a slide and diving board. There is ample terrace furniture and a dining table and chairs suite for al fresco dining. Steps lead down from the pool area to the lovely garden with its mature palm trees, an ideal play area for children with its slides and swings. Apartment (sleeps 3) This is an independent and self-contained two bedroom apartment that has been built underneath the high bedroom wing of the main villa. It has air-conditioning throughout. During high season, it can only be rented to clients occupying the main villa. All sections of this unit face the garden/golf course. Accommodation consists of two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large dining/living room. There is cable television and a computer/fax with ADSL internet connection. This unit connects with the main villa through the Garden Bedroom. Garden Room (sleeps 4) Off the games room is the Garden Bedroom with four single beds. This needs to be rented together with either the five or two bedroom unit. This bedroom is ideal for children. In the bathroom that serves this bedroom is a Swedish Sauna. The cost of renting the Garden Room is 490 euros. There is an extra cost for using the games room of 300 euros as we are aware that not all groups would be interested in renting this area. There is also a charge for pool heating, use of sauna, cot and buggy hire, laptop hire and use of the internet Meals at the villa can be arranged with prior arrangement
