Full Description: Located on the exclusive hillside of ´Cerro d'Aguia' just 3kms from Albufeira town famous for its nightlife and interesting Old town and only a few minutes drive to the beautiful beaches of São Rafael and the other sandy bays of Coelho, Castello, Evaristo and the long sandy beach of Galé. All these ' Blue Flag' beaches have excellent beach bars. There are also numerous restaurants within a few minutes drive.
The villa has a delightful private garden of shrubs and trees with a large shaded dining terrace, BBQ and a swimming pool which although smaller than the average pool( 6 metres x 3 metres ) is also shallower than normal and is an ideal fun pool for non swimmers and children. ( Depth is from 90 cms to 1.25 metres )
