The village of Guia is only a 5 minute walk and is famous for its numerous good value restaurants of which there are over 20, also there is a daily fish and fruit & vegetable market and supermarkets. The 'Blue flag ' beaches of Galé are approx 5 minutes by car (5km). Albufeira is also just 10 minutes by car. ‘Algarve Shopping’ the largest shopping complex in the region is only 5 minutes drive with multiscreen cinema and 10 pin bowling.
There is a lovely sized mosaic tiled swimming pool of 8.5m x 4.4m plus Roman steps surrounded by terraces and a small lawn with a shower and BBQ. The pool water is cleaned biologically so is particulary nice to swim in. Pool heating is available as an optional extra at £100 per week).
